Welcome to Mighty Mindsets (MightyMindsets.com). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and its membership content. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Bethany C. Goding / Mighty Mindsets. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Membership Access and Digital Content

Mighty Mindsets offers digital membership resources including PDFs, printables, and journals organized into the following tiers:

  • Free Access — $0, limited content
  • The Family Center — $15/month or $100/year
  • The Educators’ Hub — $15/month or $100/year
  • The Complete Collection — $35/month or $300/year

All content is digital. No physical products are sold on this site. Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the content included in your tier. You may not share your login credentials, distribute downloaded content, or allow others to access the site through your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Each account is for one individual only — accounts may not be shared. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately through the contact page. Mighty Mindsets is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to member content until then.

5. Refund Policy

We offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period if you request a refund within 30 days of the charge. To request a refund, please contact us through the contact page. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. See our full Refunds & Returns Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Mighty Mindsets — including but not limited to PDFs, printables, journals, text, graphics, and site design — is owned by Bethany C. Goding / Mighty Mindsets and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to download and use the content for your own personal or classroom use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise share any content from this site without prior written permission.

7. Amazon and External Links

This site may contain links to Amazon.com and other external websites. These links are provided for your convenience. Mighty Mindsets is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party websites. Clicking an external link means you are leaving MightyMindsets.com and are subject to the terms and policies of the destination site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mighty Mindsets and Bethany C. Goding are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Maine.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
