Digital Products
All sales of digital products — including courses, downloads, printables, and other online materials — are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once the purchase is complete.
Physical Products
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund:
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with no marks, damage, or signs of use.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging and included materials.
Items Showing Signs of Use
If the returned item shows marks, wear, or other signs of use, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage. The refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned item.
Return Process
- Contact us at bethany@mightymindsets.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
